Brewdog Brewery, Aberdeenshire

Martin and James were bored of the industrially brewed lagers and stuffy ales that dominate the UK market. So they decided the best way to fix this undesirable predicament was to brew our own beers. So Brewdog was born in April 2007. We are very excited to have Brewdog ‘Edge’ on offer at this years festival and are even more excited when James said he would like to so a blog for our new groovy Real Ale website!

In fact, we've brewed beers to every kind of genre imaginable - hardcore metal, pop, punk, classical...even the odd bit of country music when our feisty female brewer,  Halley, had her way.
